The field turned blue as Team Blue clinched the first place in the recently held Lipa Medix Medical Centerโs (LMMC) 2025 Team Building themed โAdventure Awaits: Build Skills, Build Teamsโ at Bella Posto Resort held last October 10, 2025.
The Team Building brought LMMCโs Employees closer through unity, trust, and camaraderie. The day was filled with thrills and cheers as groups competed neck to neck in winning all the prepared games. The games were separated into two parts: station games and relays.
Team Blue Leader Queen Abigail P. Javier (Audit Staff), led the team with vibrant dedication and confidence. From station games up to the relay part, the team conquered all the colors, dedicated to being the champions.
โNakinig lang kami sa instruction, tapos [nagtulungan]. Sโyempre unity and camaraderie ng bawat isa. In-apply namin yun.โ Javier said after the game.
She also shared that this Team Building helped to boost her confidence and elevate her leadership skills, which are essential in her work as Audit Staff.
Meanwhile, Team Pink rallied back with a remarkable spirit after falling 8th on the station games, bagging home the Best in Chant Award.
โWe came up with the chant [by] thinking about the purpose and energy we wanted to create, something that would motivate the team and build unity.โ Tristien Ross D. Lescano (Diabetes Educator), Team Pink Leader said. โWe focused on using simple catchy words that were easy to remember and repeat.โ
He also shared that this team building helped him to trust his co-workers and colleagues and to be open for an objective to work. Lescano also emphasized that Team Building is about being able to support and rely on one another.
Moreover, on the relay part, a nail-baiting finish unfolded as Team Orange outplayed all the teams in Blow the Ball. Similarly, Team Gray sealed the crown as they showed team synergy in Fill in The Blanks. Team Blue dominated the games, triumphing in the Flour Relay.
Team Blue solidified its powerhouse reputation as they secured Best in Camp Decor, winning the Overall Championship.
โGawin lang yung best saka [sundin] kung ano yung directions [at] lahat ng mga regulations para mas maging maayos at maging matagumpay sa ginagawa.โ Javier said.
LMMC Employees are looking forward to more challenging, advance release of rosters, wider venue, and more engaging games in next yearโs Team Building.
